Wall Street Institute is one of the world’s most successful private English language schools and currently operates in 28 countries with over 400 centers. Due to our rapid expansion in Jakarta, we are looking for the following positions to be based in Ratu Plaza, La Piazza Kelapa Gading and Pondok Indah Mall 1 Centers.

Corporate Sales Manager (CSM) & Corporate Sales Assistant Manager (CSAM)

Overview:

The Corporate Sales Department at the Wall Street Institute is responsible for developing and managing accounts with leading multinational and domestic companies. Executives in the Corporate Sales Department are expected to promote Wall Street Institute’s corporate English Language training programs to corporations by identifying and liaising with Human Resource professionals and key decision makers. Corporate Sales executives must be able to demonstrate the outstanding advantages of our products in a persuasive and responsible fashion. Once an account is secured, the executive will remain committed to ensuring that all aspects of our service to the corporate client are optimal by working closely with relevant Wall Street Institute staff.

Reporting to: National Corporate Sales Manager

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in corporate sales (min 5 years for the Manager position and min 3 years for Assistant Manager position)
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the B2B sales process
  • Strong administrative and computer skills required; demonstrate a strong commitment to proper process
  • Well presented at all times and confident in manner; comfortable presenting to audiences as well as smaller groups and individuals
  • Energetic, self starters who are willing and able to work with clients and potential clients at all levels; service oriented
  • Good English skills; cooperative attitude to colleagues; motivated to succeed



Sales Manager (SMGR)

Job Specifics:

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales goals in a pre-determined region, by supervising and coordinating the efforts of a group of Educational Consultants
  • Review reports of Educational Consultants to identify those aspects requiring personal attention and support
  • May perform selective field inspections and conduct meetings as required
  • Sales target oriented with strong leadership skill and a good team player
  • Motivated to earn a significant remuneration package
  • Willing to work long hours to achieve targets
  • Minimum S1 graduate with working experience in selling
  • Professional in appearance, with maximum of age 33
  • Good command of English
  • Basic computer knowledge


Educational Consultant ( EC )

Job Specifics:

  • Sales target oriented
  • Motivated to earn significant remuneration packages ( between 10-16 million / month )
  • Willing to work long hours to achieve targets
  • S1/D3 graduate, with/without any work experience
  • Professional in appearance, not more than 27 years of age
  • Good command of English
  • Basic computer knowledge

 

Service Officer ( SO )

Job Specifics:

  • Age Max. 27, well presented with a professional attitude
  • Love speaking English. Demonstrate intermediate fluency in English
  • Good customer and administration skills
  • Good computer skills ( Microsoft Office application )
  • Bachelor's degree ( S1/D3 minimum )
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • High energy and outgoing personality
  • Basic salary and performance-related bonus

 

Telemarketing Staff ( TMK )

Job Specifics:

  • Max 27 years of age
  • Self-driven, persuasive, result oriented
  • Proffesional, hospitable attitude
  • Able to work under pressure & long hours
  • Prior experience in telemarketing required



Senior Telemarketing Staff ( STMK )

Job Specifics:

  • Prior experience in telemarketing and leading a telemarketing team is required
  • Max. 30 years of age
  • Self-driven, persuasive, results oriented
  • Professional, hospitable attitude
  • Able to work under pressure & long hours

 

Personal Tutor (PT)

Job Specifics:

  • Age max. 30, well presented with a professional attitude
  • Demonstrate high level of fluency in English. Teaching/tutoring experience in English is an advantage but not essential
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D3 minimum) preferred
  • Effectively coach students to study. Act as liaison between native speaking English teachers and students
  • Well organized, communicative, outgoing, energetic, motivated and enthusiastic
  • Computer literate
  • Basic salary and performance-based bonus

 

Direct Sales Force Officer (DSF)

Job Specifics:

  • Male, not more than 27 years of age
  • Self motivated, results oriented, attentive to details
  • Resourceful and adaptable to the changing needs of the field
  • Able to meet targets set under all circumstances
  • Prepared to work flexible hours
  • Field experience in leading a sales promotion team
  • Experience in event organizing and boothing a positive
